First Contact
First Contact, Part 1
Forbidden Contact. Reversed Biology. A Choice Between Honor and Survival.
Commander John Marlin wanted to prove himself—to escape his powerful father’s shadow and make his mark on the frontier as a diplomat and explorer. When the USS Endeavor detects a mysterious distress call from uncharted space, he sees his chance: a first contact scenario that could redefine humanity’s place in the cosmos.
But the signal is a trap.
Ambushed and captured by the Voraxians, a terrifyingly advanced alien race, Marlin and his crew quickly learn that everything they know is wrong. The Voraxians are humanoid, but their society is a brutal inversion of humanity’s—a matriarchy where females are the dominant, aggressive gender, possessing the very anatomy human biology reserves for males.
Their captor, the formidable Captain Garla, offers Marlin a horrific ultimatum: watch his entire crew be broken in the most intimate and violent ways imaginable, or surrender himself completely to her will. To save the lives of his people, the idealistic commander must sacrifice his dignity, his body, and ultimately, his very sense of self.
Stripped bare and exposed to pheromones that awaken a shameful, primal curiosity within him, Marlin finds himself on his knees before a predator. As he is forced to please the alien captain, he discovers that the line between captor and pet is thinner than he ever imagined, and that true first contact begins not with a handshake, but with absolute submission.
Will his idealism be the death of his crew, or the key to their salvation?
